Churnet Valley Railway is once again bringing the spirit, magic, and joy of Christmas to all the good little boys and girls in 2025 with our THE POLAR EXPRESS™ 2025 Christmas Train Ride!

This just-over-an-hour-long family-friendly adventure departs from Froghall Station on the Churnet Valley Line in Staffordshire, from where it heads directly towards the Frozen North to pick Santa Claus up for the return journey. Onboard, guests are treated to a festive polar extravaganza true to the book and movie, down to the very last drop of hot chocolate.

Bright Path Christmas Raffle – Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested.
• How to Enter: Purchase any number of tickets via this website. Your raffle number(s) will be assigned and sent by email within 24 hours.
• Unsold Raffle: In the unlikely event that all tickets are not sold, then all entries will be refunded and raffle cancelled.
• Winner Selection: A random draw will be conducted once all tickets have been sold. The winner will be notified by email/social media and/or phone within 24 hours of the draw.
