Dear Emily and me...

Dear Emily Designs was started in March 2022 after the birth of my first Granddaughter Emily. Throughout the pregnancy we listened to Dear Emily by James Arthur all the time and it became our song. So then came the name "Dear Emily Designs"

I've always enjoyed craft and designing and am inspired by my love for a gift from the heart; a personal gift with thought rather than cost.

During lockdown, I started making cards and sending token gifts.  The financial pressure of having at least one birthday in the family a month, Mother's Day, Easter and all the other occasions was too much.

I also love memories and keepsakes so making my own poem cards and greeting cards began.  All my greeting cards and poem cards are designed and written by me, all are related in some way to my own life experiences. I tried to make the greeting cards funny, thoughtful and real to life. 

The saying I love and use regularly is "It's better to give than to receive"

And it truly is! There’s no greater joy than seeing someone’s face light up when they receive a gift that has been chosen with love and thoughtfulness. A heartfelt gift doesn’t need to be expensive—it just needs to be meaningful.

At Dear Emily Designs, my goal is to help you bring that same joy to others. Whether it’s a personalised biscuit, a beautifully designed greeting card, or a small token of appreciation, every product is made with care and love.
